The Training Floor
At The Training Floor, you’ll get that one-on-one service that might be forgotten about in a larger, big-box style gym. The staff prides themselves on customer service, while providing a friendly environment regardless of fitness level. Personal training packages are available in 45-minute group sessions or personal one-on-one training.
Popular classes include the boot camp—a great cardio workout that tones your body, increases endurance, and promotes core strength. The high-energy cardio boxing circuit is a workout combining punching and combinations on the heavy bag, which keeps the body engaged while burning calories. There’s over 4,500 sq. ft. of workout space, with state-of-the-art classes and equipment.
